The 29-year-old Spaniard has won five world championship titles throughout his racing career, 250cc titles in 2006 and 2007 and MotoGP crown in 2010, 2012 and 2015.
The big question now is who will depart Ducati to make way for Lorenzo and who will fill his seat at Yamaha?
