Managing Field Sales Representatives, this role will require you to be involved in maintaining budgets and ensuring they are met or exceeded. Working with a well-established client base and network, your ability to coach, mentor and train staff to achieve results is imperative to the role. Developing strong partnerships with key customers and growing business volumes through the implementation of strategic business initiatives whilst managing a dedicated portfolio of key clients is also an important part of the role. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting promotional activities and events whilst building brand recognition.
We are looking for proven experience in a similar role, excellent business acumen with an understanding of business planning, delivering on sales targets and implementing clear sales strategies. The ability to negotiate, communicate and influence at all levels including engaging field staff to achieve and exceed targets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal are also essential. A passion for bikes is important and a motorcycle licence a definite advantage.
